Always exceeding expectations

As a child, Alcides Acosta helped his father farm fruit in post WWII Cuba. It was there and then that Alcides recognized his calling. With his commitment to perfection and passion for the land it was obvious he would farm for the rest of his life.

With the help of his loving wife Lali, they established a business in the early 70's in Homestead, Florida. To this day, more than 30 years later, Acosta Farms is a pillar of the community. Now with the help of their passionate son Victor, the nursery is setting the standards. With a reputation for integrity and honesty it is no wonder Homestead is proud to have them.
